FLUXO launches internship program

Professionals are FLUXO’s greatest heritage

In the last month of November, FLUXO completed 33 years of history, as a reference company in the market, working every day to deliver the best solutions and products to our customers.

A track record of excellence and innovation, built from solid technical and market expertise we have developed thanks to our professionals. This is FLUXO’s greatest asset.

In these 33 years, the company's history has intertwined with that of many people. Many colleagues started as interns and found an opportunity to grow together with FLUXO.

FLOW internship program

We take our Internship Program very seriously. We believe in our contribution to the intern's learning and professional and personal development and to their insertion in the world of work. We believe that we can recognize talent and make a difference in the development of their careers. At the onboarding, we present the Oil & Gas segment, our business and the different areas of the company. We also present the activities, interactions and importance of the area where he will work. We train and show the purpose of the tasks and the contribution to the whole. Thus, it is possible to see the meaning and importance of your achievements.

e previously plan the activities and responsibilities for each semester, consolidating everything in the Activity Plan, which is presented during onboarding. Every semester, the activities have progressive complexity and responsibility to foster the intern’s development.

We periodically assess each intern to ensure his/her progress and to allow the intern to feel that he/she is advancing, and contributing to the team’s success. Points requiring attention and development emerge from these assessments. So do the achievements.

Through Rotation, we make it possible for interns to experience different areas and to broaden their perspective on their profession. Thus, it is easier to identify where the intern best fits in.

In the “Papo de Carreira” (Career Talk) – as the meetings with our leaders are called - interns can get to know other trajectories and learn from those who have followed a successful and challenging path.

More than that, the proximity to their leaders promotes learning by example and exchanging experiences on a daily basis.

It is no coincidence that 30% of current FLUXO employees started as interns and many of them now hold important leadership positions.

Currently, we have interns in the areas of Computing Sciences, Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Occupational Safety in our program. In the last 12 months, 11 of them were hired.

Thus, we continue to train the next generations of FLUXO’s Leaders.
