FLUXO will provide EMEDs for 3R Petroleum

New Independent O&G player in Brazil focuses on redevelopment of mature fields

FLUXO signed a contract for the supply, by the end of the year, of two Fiscal Measurement Stations (EMEDs) for 3R Petroleum's Macau and Conceição Stations, located at Polo Macau, Rio Grande do Norte. In addition to the EMEDs, clamp-on ultrasonic flow meters for the pipeline will be provided in the same contract. Polo Macau consists of seven fields, where 3R has already put into production dozens of closed wells.

3R Petroleum Óleo e Gás SA is an independent company in the oil & gas sector focused on redevelopment of mature fields in production. The company holds the qualification of “A” operator before the ANP, a strong strategic differential that enables them to operate oil & gas fields in areas onshore and offshore, including in deep and ultra-deep waters, such as the pre-salt, for example. 

Currently the 3R Petroleum is the third largest producer of oil in onshore fields in Brazil, only behind Petrobras and Eneva. The pillars that guide its strategy to increase production in mature fields are:
