In an event promoted by ONIP (National Organization of the Oil Industry) in March of this year, Automind Automação Industrial received the CadFor certificate, granted to only 30 Brazilian companies. CadFor enables certified companies to supply products and services to companies sponsoring the System (Anadarko, Chevron, Devon, El Paso, StatoilHydro, Maersk and Shell).
In this register, Automind is qualified to provide basic design and detailing services, integration, expansion and modification of control systems and similar services (SCADA), pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of systems, support for pre- operation and assisted operation.
Humberto Guglielmotti, executive director of Automind, understands that “the certification is a great evolution, as it opens up real opportunities for the participation of local companies, previously hardly considered by these foreign customers”, says the engineer.
