On April 11th, Fluxo Serviços de Petróleo Ltda won the position of first representative of industrial equipment for process automation to obtain ISO 9001 quality certificate in Brazil. The result of 10 months of work was a success: Det Norske Veritas (DNV), the company responsible for evaluating Fluxo's ISO 9001:2000 certification process, delivered the certification diploma to Fluxo in a ceremony held on the 19th, at the auditorium of the Premier Hotel, in Rio de Janeiro.
Fluxo obtained the maximum score in the customer focus item, which emphasizes procedures that seek the satisfaction of its customers and employees.
The certification will cover all of Fluxo's units. The success of the project is a result of the participation of all the company's members, led by the quality manager Takasy Hashimoto, who represented the company's management and followed the entire process, and by the independent consultant Joubert Dela Fonte, who supervised Fluxo in the fulfillment of all certification requirements.
