Fluxo's service team has already started performing after-sales services on Capstone Turbine microturbines installed in the country. The training of Fluxo was very important for national consumers of the product, as it is the first company to make this service available within the national territory. The first services that involved Fluxo's technicians were performed on the Manati platform and on the start-up of the turbines supplied to the Gascav.
Three Fluxo's service engineers are already qualified to perform any after-sales service for Capstone equipment. Tiago Assis and Renato Nelli completed training at the Capstone factory in California, and Leandro Esteban took the course in Brazil. The three received the “ASP” (Authorized Service Provider) certificate, provided by Capstone Turbine Corporation itself.
The training lasted one week. The microturbine's internal components were shown in detail, as well as its entire operation. The course merged conceptual and practical parts. Students learned to diagnose possible failures and perform all types of preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
