Flux, through its Represented Shafer, manufacturer of actuators with gas hydraulic technology, suitable for working with high pressure without the need for pressure reducers, was chosen to supply the actuators of the gas pipelines and manifolds of the LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) terminals. Guanabara, in Rio de Janeiro and Pecém, in Ceará.
The actuators have an intelligent electronic system for detecting failures in the pipeline, helping to prevent accidents and helping to control the pipeline. They will be installed on ball valves.
Fluxo is also supplying other equipment for the Floating Storage and Regasification Units (FSRUs) at the LNG terminals, such as the two Daniel flow measurement stations that will measure all the regasified compressed natural gas (CNG) from Guanabara and Pecém.
