In 1989, Tony Shepherd brought together several companies with many years of experience to form Alderley.

As Alderley's founder and chairman of the board for many years, Tony's ambition was to create a leading UK-based engineering company to support not only the growing oil & gas industry in the North Sea, but also the your family.

The very humble beginnings had a single factory in Gloucestershire, UK. Over time Alderley has grown to become a leading provider of integrated solutions for the energy industry worldwide.
