Fluxo Soluções Integradas has completed another solution offshore, with the delivery of 19 Topside Umbilical Termination Units (TUTUs) which are representing another great successful deal between Fluxo Soluções Integradas and Estaleiros do Brasil (EBR) for the Petrobras P-74 Platform.
TUTUs have the important function of being the scope division point (tien point) between EBR and Petrobras, as they receive all tubings of topside of EBR's responsibility and interface to the 19 subsea utility umbilicals under Petrobras' responsibility.
EBR will also use the 19 TUTUs for the commissioning of the hydraulic control units and chemical injection of the topside, this will save time in the difficult stage of delivering the modules to Petrobras.
EBR is a Brazilian company that operates in the EPC modality for the construction of offshore projects, focused on the development and production of highly complex projects, such as the construction of the P-74. The platform will have the capacity to produce up to 150 thousand barrels of oil per day, to compress 7 million m3 of natural gas per day and should operate in the Cessão Onerosa fields, in the pre-salt Santos Basin -SP.
EBR operates a modern shipyard built with investments of approximately R$ 500 million, in the municipality of São José do Norte – RS, within the Rio Grande naval and offshore hub.
