Flow advances in the Midwest of the country with solutions for ethanol

Fluxo's solutions for the ethanol market are advancing frontiers across Brazil. This time, there are two new supplies of ethanol loading systems for Usinas Itamarati and F&S Agri solutions, both ethanol producers in the state of Mato Grosso, the first from sugarcane and the second from corn.

F&S Agrisolutions purchased an ethanol loading skid with two measurement spans, using a Coriolis meter. The system includes loading arms, pantograph ladders, automatic dye injection system for anhydrous ethanol and Autoload Lite management software. In the process of elaborating the scope of F&S Agrisolutions, SL Process Engenharia, from Maringá, provided full support by clarifying all technical, operational and safety requirements related to the project.

Usinas Itamarati currently has an automatic loading system from another supplier, which does not meet the control, dispatch and quality needs required by Itamarati. After an excellent benchmarking job by the Itamarati team, with visits and careful evaluations of technology and performance, Fluxo was selected to replace the current system. Usinas Itamarati opted for two ethanol loading skids, with two measurement spans, also using a Coriolis meter and Autoload Lite management software. The delivery forecast for both is for this month of March.

F&S Agri Solutions is an American partnership between Summit Agricultural Group and Fiagril. With an investment of U$115 million, “F&S Agri solutions” will be the first corn and sorghum ethanol industry in Brazil. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2017. It is expected that, when fully operational, the industrial unit will employ at least 100 people, with a production of 190 million liters of ethanol per year.

Headquartered in the city of Nova Olímpia, 200 km from the capital Cuiabá-MT, Usinas Itamarati is one of the largest units in the national sugar-energy sector, producing ethanol, sugar and electricity. cane per harvest (244 days), Itamarati is considered the largest sugarcane processing plant in Mato Grosso. The company is capable of producing 1,500 m3 of ethanol and 2,000 tons of sugar daily. Self-sufficient in electricity, Usinas Itamarati has a production capacity of 36 MW from sugarcane bagasse, a clean and renewable source.

Fluxo once again demonstrates its ability to keep up with the advancement of Brazil's agribusiness segment, providing high-tech systems for the sector with a greater share of the Brazilian trade balance.
