Managing services in the 21st century Company with spirit and action
In a Company possessing Spirit and Action, the HUMAN is not technological.
It is the essence of the HUMAN - your Life - that pulsates in a natural way, not visible in Systems and Techniques.
This essence is felt and perceived by Students, Team Members and Clients.
It is the “climate” created by the Leaders and Team Members, with constructive attitudes, with positive thoughts, with a Vision of the Future and a Spirit of Serving. They are Human Beings without mental reservations, with pure Minds, ready to Serve, support and make what makes a difference happen.
In a Company with Spirit and Action, EVERYONE wants to be useful, contributory and to Serve Customers and All who are directly or indirectly involved in the moral and material issues of the Product or Service to be generated.
It is a “win-win” game, because only this practice is sustainable, because it stems from a Trust Society where it is possible to build new qualified Generations possessing a Team Spirit, a Spirit to be useful, a Spirit aimed at educating, training and forming for the Future and, finally, Spirit for personal and collective motivation.
It is at this level of Cooperation that Synergy and high Levels of Partial and Total Productivity can be obtained.
What is missing to have a high degree of individual, partial, collective and total motivation?
It lacks Spirit and Action.
There is a lack of fire, commitment, being in “rut”, energy to make what must be elaborated to know and understand the Customer's Dream happen.
This only occurs if there is a superior, noble and common Purpose, visible in any Company or Organization that it wishes to Serve. This is Culture, it is the Life Philosophy of the Human Beings that make up the Teams, the Companies, the Organization, the Communities, the Nation, their Homeland.
They are enemies of the Human, the Spirit of Service, the Team Spirit, Creativity and innovation, the excess of technical-academicist attitudes, nepotism, cronyism, success without maturity, Leadership based on centralization and control.
It is important to keep in mind that the Spirit of the Companies is in the conscience, in the motivations and in the communication between humble and simple Human Beings, who integrate the Teams, the Companies, the Organization, the Communities and the Nation. This is to be a true Organization, which practices the Society of Trust and which believes in its Sources of Life: Customers and Shareholders.
To achieve all this, we also need to learn how to build an ecologically sustainable community. This means that we need an operational definition of ecological sustainability.
These are consciences and motivations aimed at satisfying our Responsibilities with Communities and future generations (Children and Grandchildren), as Citizens committed to our country and homeland.
