Flow expands partnership with Honeywell through Elster's natural gas product line

Fluxo Soluções Integradas will expand its partnership with Honeywell International through the representation and distribution to the Brazilian market of its newest line of products for natural gas. The equipment was added by Honeywell to its portfolio following the recent acquisition of Elster, a leader in natural gas, electricity and water flow measurement and conditioning in more than 130 countries. The acquisition agreement worth US$ 5.1 billion was announced in July 2015 and completed in January 2016.

Elster's upstream and midstream gas applications business has been integrated into the Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) division within Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT).

In the portfolio offered by Fluxo for the natural gas market, we can highlight turbine-type flowmeters, rotameters and ultrasonics, flow computers, volume correctors (PTZ) and chromatographs.
This alliance aims to make the Elster brand, which is already a world leader in this segment, more present in the daily lives of Brazilian gas companies, which will be able to count on the support and experience of Fluxo, as well as Honeywell do Brasil itself.
