At a meeting held at Braskem in January, Fluxo received an award plaque for contributing to the achievement of the company's Southeastern Entrepreneurship (HSE) (health, safety and environment) goal: a year without accidents! Fluxo and its partners worked for ten months with an average workforce of 20 employees, reaching a peak of 57 at the stoppage held in March, and totaled 89,702 hours of exposure to risk, without accidents.
Fluxo was responsible for the implementation under the regime turn key from the bottom load design of intermediate loading to UNIB 3 ABC. The scope of the project included the entire modernization of the loading platform, with the installation of a skid composed of 14 measuring and control sections, and the replacement of all existing top loading loading arms for 14 new loading arms of the type bottom loading. In addition, Fluxo installed a URV (vapor recovery unit) designed by Jordan Technologies, which uses the VaporSep® solution from Membrane Technology & Research Inc. and combines membrane vapor absorption, compression and permeation to recover VOCs (organic compounds). volatiles) from loading operations.
