FLUXO and Cattalini: Technology, Innovation and Partnership for over 20 years
This year, FLUXO Soluções Integradas celebrates its 35th anniversary. Successor to FLUXO Instalações, the group's first company with regional operations in Bahia, founded in the 1970s, FLUXO Soluções Integradas has established itself in the Brazilian market as a reliable provider of technological solutions for the fluid production, movement and storage sectors.
This consolidation is the result of FLUXO's prevailing culture of always seeking to establish long-term partnerships. From top to bottom, this philosophy is in our DNA. It applies both to our relationships with technology providers, which are the basis of our business model, and to our customers. We have distribution and representation agreements with technology companies, with more than 30 companies from 8 different countries, all leaders in their segments. We are proud to have been our customers' preferred choice for decades, earning the trust needed to offer the most advanced technology, customized to the specific needs of each one.
This article highlights a long-standing partnership of over 20 years with Cattalini Terminais. “I often say that the history of FLUXO is intertwined with the history of terminal automation in Brazil. And, especially at Cattalini, we are very proud to be part of a success story,” summarizes Fábio André Alves, Commercial Director of FLUXO.
FLUXO's journey with Cattalini began in 2003, with the supply of the first radars for level measurement in bonded tanks. It is worth noting that FLUXO was a pioneer in bringing this technology to Brazil in the late 1980s.
Since then, FLUXO has always been close to Cattalini, developing innovative projects, acting as a technology consultant, developing automation pilot plans and participating in the various implementation phases and upgrades over the past 21 years. In 2013, Cattalini pioneered the implementation of loading skids with Coriolis meters and Honeywell Fusion4 presets. In 2024, we wrote another chapter in Cattalini's history together, being selected to supply the entire loading automation package for its terminal that is being expanded in Paranaguá, the CT-4C. The system includes loading skids with Yokogawa Coriolis meter technology, Honeywell Fusion4 presets, grounding and overfill monitors with signal segregation from EXATA. In addition, we will also supply the entire Motorized Valve Remote Control System with Rotork actuators in the Pakscan network, as well as pressure and vacuum relief valves for Cashco tanks.
As part of the same project, we will also supply skids for the expansion of CT-4B and the complete modernization of the heated oil loading terminal at CT-2. Incidentally, the CT-2 skids feature a special temperature control and thermal insulation design, highlighting our commitment to innovation and quality.
We are immensely proud of this partnership and are happy to contribute to the sustainable growth of Cattalini Terminais. As we celebrate our 35th anniversary, we reaffirm our commitment to continue building relationships of trust and collaboration that drive the success of our partners, consolidating FLUXO as a reference in technology and innovation in the Brazilian market.
