Embrace every service failure as an opportunity to exceed expectations and delight your customers. In the tireless search for mastery of its services, FLUXO participates in the workshop Excellence in Service as a Strategic Priority, organized in São Paulo by Amana Key, in December 2023.

The event was attended by Ron Kaufman, world guru in Service Excellence, and covered topics such as: understanding and analyzing the business models that drive change; how to shift focus to the customer's perception points and how to reach a higher level of leadership.

Hideo Hama, president of FLUXO, classified the event as an unmissable moment for FLUXO to further improve its relationship and service strategy with customers and Fluxo employees.
