FS Bioenergia chooses FLUXO once again to automate its new plant

3 double skids will be provided for loading ethanol into tank trucks

First and largest producer of ethanol in Brazil that uses 100% of corn in the manufacture of its products, FS Bioenergia closed a new partnership with FLUXO for the automation of another one of its plants, this time the plant under construction Primavera do Leste, in Mato Grosso . FLUXO will supply three double loading skids with dye injection system. Equipped with Coriolis type mass meters, the skids will meet metrological requirements for fiscal measurement and custody transfer.

The system will be controlled by the Fusion4 presets, manufactured by Honeywell Enraf, which also act as the flow computer of the measurement module. The preset will communicate with the FLX Web Loading terminal management software, developed by FLUXO, which controls the operation and is responsible for the integration with the plant's invoice generation system. In this way, the loading order will be initiated by the system, and ended with the issuance of an invoice, without human interference in the processing of information, guaranteeing the inviolability of the transaction.

The strategy for contracting skidated modules was defined by FS Bioenergia, with the objective of linking the responsibility for the performance of the set to a single supplier, a specialist in loading automation, avoiding gaps interface. In addition, the skids will be manufactured within FLUXO's facilities, without interference with the field work.

This is the third time the FS Bioenergy chooses FLUXO to automate its plants. The partnership began in 2017 with the supply of a pilot skid for the Lucas do Rio Verde-MT plant followed by two new double loading skids for the expansion of the platform of this base in 2018. In 2019, FLUXO supplied 3 more double skids for the Sorriso plant, in the same state.
