For FLUXO, human assets represent a company's most valuable resource, encompassing the value added to employees through their accumulated experiences, constantly improving technical knowledge, interpersonal skills and professional skills, in accordance with provision 5.1 of the Code of Ethics and Conduct.
As set out in our Code of Ethics and Conduct, FLUXO is committed to the remuneration system, as well as ensuring that people management processes (hiring, dismissal, transfer, promotion, disciplinary sanctions, etc.) are carried out with respect, transparency , impartiality and based on the precepts of meritocracy and the principle of equity.
Furthermore, we firmly support all government initiatives to eliminate any type of discrimination, including those aimed at reducing or eradicating unjustified differences in salaries and remuneration benefits between men and women.
As determined by Law No. 14,111/2023, we are making available the Salary Transparency Report generated by the Ministry of Labor. FLUXO, therefore, fulfills its legal obligation and its social function with the publication of the Report, noting, however, that it was prepared with information from 2022 and only from the Santana de Parnaíba branch, due to the fact that it is the only one with the most 100 employees that year, in accordance with the aforementioned law.
Although the report presents some inconsistencies, we note that the Law does not guarantee companies the opportunity to question and clarify some data presented in this Salary Transparency Report. Therefore, we declare that our salary policy meets all relevant legal requirements and, in particular, complies with the criteria of article 461 of the Consolidation of Labor Laws, which defines the situations in which salary equality is in fact due.
