Features
LGSS and VSS models
- Designed to operate up to 1400 psig (96.5 bar); high pressure systems available.
- Panel mounted pressure gauge.
- Ability to depressurize quick connections before removing the cylinder.
- Standard mounting on 304 stainless steel plate with non-metallic cylinder attachment to securely mount sample cylinders.
BBSS Model
- Sampling of liquids at process pressures less than 150 psig (10 bar).
- 316L standard material. Other materials available.
- Side vent needle prevents vent port from clogging.
- The non-metallic bottle cover protects the operator in case of a shattered bottle.
ISS model
- Suitable for high temperature, high viscosity service.
- It can be supplied in virtually any material to match the piping system in which it is installed.
- Steam purge available to clear clogging.
- Steam heated manifold available to eliminate clogging.
PIBSS Model
- Reliable closed-loop sampling of liquids at process pressures greater than 150 psig or for any application for which the operator wants to collect a repeatable volume of process liquids.
- Suitable for high process pressures.
- Ensures repeatable sample volume.
- Eliminates overfilling of sample container.
- Secondary isolation valve below volume cylinder prevents cylinder exposure to process pressure.
- 316L standard material; other materials available.
- The non-metallic bottle cover protects the operator in case of a shattered bottle.
HPSS Model
- Designed to collect samples of heavy and hot products (such as asphalt, hot tar, diesel, resins, pastes, surfactants and emulsions).
- Safe collection of hot liquid without operator exposure.
- Exclusive 3-way valve ensures steam is kept warm and free from condensation.
- Vapor purging after each sample collection ensures the sample valve and manifold are completely clean after each use, eliminating the chance of clogging.
RAM model
- Suitable for high temperature, high viscosity service.
- Designed to attach directly to the side of a tank or pipeline without the need to use or create a pressure differential to take a sample.
- Available in a wide variety of piping materials and end connections.
- Steam heated manifold available to eliminate clogging.
- It can be supplied in virtually any material to match the piping system in which it is installed.
