Flow maintains leadership in supplying skids for loading automation
Fluxo was a pioneer in the supply of tank truck loading skids in the country, and until today maintains the leadership in this type of supply, being responsible for the automation of the main terminals in Brazil.
For the ethanol market, the situation is repeated: Fluxo is responsible for automating the loading of the main groups of plants in the sector.
FS Bioenergia acquires 3 more new double skids
With the latest acquisition, the plant already operates with 6 dual loading skids and a dye injection system from Fluxo
In May 2019, Fluxo sold three new double ethanol loading skids to the new FS Bioenergia plant in Sorriso, in the state of Mato Grosso.
Fluxo had already carried out the automation of loading at the first FS Bioenergia plant in Lucas do Rio Verde, Mato Grosso. The first phase with the pilot skid was provided in 2017, with a double loading skid being implemented to fill the ethanol tank trucks, and the second phase, in 2018, with two new double loading skids for the expansion of the platform, totaling 6x loading sections for ethanol shipment. The loading skids were provided with automatic selection of anhydrous or hydrated ethanol at the inlet, as well as a dye injection system for anhydrous ethanol.
FS Bioenergia is the first ethanol plant in Brazil that uses corn in 100% of its production, producing anhydrous ethanol and hydrated ethanol, in addition to other products.
Colorado Group also automated 2 of its units with Fluxo skids
At the end of 2018, Fluxo supplied ethanol loading skids to Grupo Colorado, at its Usina Colorado units, in Guaíra-SP and Central Energética Morrinhos, in the city of Morrinhos-GO.
For Usina Colorado, two double loading skids were supplied to fill two tank trucks. For the loading of anhydrous ethanol, a dye injection skid was also provided.
For the Morrinhos Power Plant, a double loading skid for hydrated ethanol was supplied.
