Fluxo and Braskem: partnership for vapor recovery

Fluxo has signed a commitment with Braskem to implement the Bottom Loading project at its Basic Petrochemicals Unit in São Paulo, UNIB3, which comprises the automation of 14 road loading points, a Vapor Recovery Unit with membrane and the entire infrastructure, following the terms of the Alliance contract. For this form of contract, a ceiling value was established, a breakdown of costs was made, and the reduction gains will be shared.

Given the complexity and short implementation period, the parties decided on this contracting model, aiming to obtain efficiency gains and communication simplification, through an agreement that guaranteed maximum transparency.

In this project, Fluxo is responsible for the execution of the basic project, detailed engineering, acquisition of equipment and materials, in addition to the construction, assembly and commissioning of the entire system.

The Bottom Loading project consolidates Fluxo as a provider of technology solutions in the turn-key modality, proving the benefits of having a company that is solely responsible for the implementation of the project in charge of the technology used.
