Flow signs collective agreement for profit distribution

Gérsio Chiminazzo has worked at Fluxo since 2008 and until last year he had never received variable remuneration from the company. In August 2010, it obtained an advance on profit sharing for the same year, with the balance to be distributed now in March. These events result from a decision taken by the company, formalized through a collective agreement signed with the trade union, which makes the profit sharing program official, already in progress. It is now documented that all employees with more than six months of service will be entitled to receive part of the profits if the company achieves an EBTIDA income greater than 10%.

Receipts will be associated with the performance of each employee. To measure them, individual and collective goals were established, which will be taken into account when establishing the amounts received. The new profit sharing system replaces the old commission system.
