Fluxo recovered the first batch of 24 actuators from the Madre de Deus Maritime Terminal - Temadre, Transpetro. The service comprises a total of 76 actuators from the first and second generations of the Rotork IQ, which were stored in the terminal, unused. The rest of the actuators will still be recovered by Fluxo's service team.
Fluxo used original parts to exchange damaged components, and the procedures recommended by Rotork for surface treatment and painting of the actuators. At the end of the service, the equipment underwent mechanical and electrical tests, with customer approval.
The actuators were in a poor state of conservation, practically unused. The result of the service was the complete recovery of the repaired units, which are now ready to be installed again and inserted into the communication network.
