After acquiring experience in more than 40 of the largest chemical, alcohol and petroleum derivatives terminals in the country, Fluxo decided to extend its automation packages to the alcohol distilleries and biodiesel plants market, offering its know-how on general automation of industrial plants. It took advantage of the 14th FenaSucro, which took place in September in the municipality of Sertãozinho, to launch its automation solution downstream of the distillation process itself.
Fluxo offers distilleries a technology that can completely automate the inventory control of the stored product, allowing the owner or interested parties to have real-time inventory control via the internet. On the other hand, it allows the terminal to be completely automated, so that no product deviation occurs. The truck driver is identified by a magnetic card and, after filling his truck with alcohol, he can receive the corresponding invoice upon departure.
The president of Fluxo Hideo Hama is confident in the expected result: “the system is already being tested by distilleries that are considered “benchmarking”, so that, in a short time, we will be disclosing expressive numbers to entrepreneurs in the sector”, he says.
