Already consolidated as the largest Latin American event dedicated to the offshore industry, Brasil Offshore 2005 this year brought together 500 exhibitors and received more than 33 thousand visitors at the Macaé Convention Center, between the 13th and 15th of June.
Fluxo marked its presence with a 120 m² closed and air-conditioned stand in the main pavilion, next to Petrobras. This time, the stand was assembled with the support of its partner Automind and had the participation of Emerson, Daniel, Rotork, Petreco, B Turner Designs.
The fair was an excellent showcase for Fluxo's products and acted as an anteroom to announce the inauguration of the company's new facilities in Nova Cavaleiro, Macaé, which will take place in early August. The construction of the building is already in the finishing stage and will include, in addition to the Fluxo office, an after-sales support workshop for all products represented.
Fluxo mobilized 30 engineers among its 55 for the fair and received another 20 of its representatives. “We will make motions with the organization of the event so that the closing takes place on a Thursday instead of a Friday, because, as Macaé is far from the centers where potential visitors are installed, the volume of visits dropped a lot on the last day”, regrets Hideo.
