Engineer Josué Galvão, a former employee of Petrobras where he worked for 28 years, took over the management of the new Fluxo Soluções Integradas office in Natal-RN since October.
Graduated in civil engineering from the Federal University of Ceará, Josué has an extensive background in project management, the result of his long experience within Petrobras: he held technical and managerial positions in the areas of construction and assembly, maintenance and projects, including installation automation. Among many projects, we can mention the participation in the Inspection Group for the construction of three concrete platforms, in Ponta da Laje, Bahia, these platforms, built and installed by the then Consórcio Mendes Jr-Campenon Bernard.
Working at UN-RNCE, he participated in projects of production systems and automation of several oil and gas collection stations, projects and automation of offshore production platforms, revamp and automation of the Guamaré Oil Treatment Station, automation of the Treatment Station of the Guamaré Pole and the Guamaré Effluent Treatment Station (capacity to treat 130,000 m³/day) (ETE-III), which is in the final stage of construction.
Josué chose to join Fluxo when he participated in company work meetings. The engineer was delighted with the quality of the work environment: “In the first meetings, I noticed that the working atmosphere was very good. It was about motivated teams, determined, and what is best, helping each other”, says the engineer.
Today, already in activity, Josué Galvão believes and works for the growth of Fluxo. As director of the company's youngest office, he proposes an increase in the level of assistance to the areas of design and construction. Its objective is to increase Fluxo's share in sales to Petrobras' units in the Northeast, which before the headquarters in Natal were served by the Salvador plant. “I believe that Fluxo has excellent conditions to increase its share of sales to the Northeastern market. We have an exclusive set of representatives and products of recognized quality, international standards and competitive prices”, he emphasizes.
