DeltaValve and FLUXO organize a base for coke plant valve aftermarket

DeltaValve, a market leader with about 76 special valves installed at coke plants of large refineries in Brazil, is developing and organizing a local base and structure for aftermarket support to customers, together with its exclusive partner, FLUXO Soluções Integradas, in addition to providing a full line of original OEM spare parts. The purpose is to ensure that delayed coking units are able to operate with maximum safety and efficiency.

DeltaValve and FLUXO offer the entire valve aftermarket service for coke plants, including technical support for new equipment installation, unit acceptance test, and specialized training in operation and maintenance, performed by an experienced technical team.

Specifically for maintenance turnaround services on coke drum valves, large regional facilities structured to receive these valves have been used as partners throughout the years, as well as companies specialized in specific services such as nitriding* hard chrome application, always counting on DeltaValve’s technical coordination.

FLUXO also has its own manufacturing unit in Santana do Parnaíba, providing specialized workforce, cargo handling equipment, and support area for occasional services needed on DeltaValve special valves.

Management of all equipment and valve components exchanged among refineries during maintenance turnarounds is performed through the Aftermarket Digital Management System (ADMS).In addition, rounds of on-site technical visits to all refineries are carried out three times a year for technical support and clarifications, to spread the news, and to monitor the equipment's performance.
