Rotork introduces intelligent asset management and diagnostics solution

Intelligent Asset Management is a new Rotork service for advanced analysis of operation-critical actuators that enables a planned maintenance strategy, avoiding unnecessary costs and increasing asset reliability and availability.

The system is cloud-based as part of IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) and is offered in different tiers for a customized and scalable experience, with data handled and actions managed by the customer or Rotork.

Access to the platform is via browser and has a simple and intuitive interface, with clear indication of assets that are not performing optimally, visual indicators and colored status for easy identification.

The information is collected from the intelligent actuators and fed into the platform for analysis and visualization, and provides real-time diagnostics for plants with the Rotork Master Station.

The system also generates individual reports for the actuators, including analysis of torque, temperature, vibration and event log, in addition to others such as the profile of partial stroke and maximum engine start and run time numbers.

The reports generated include a summary of recommended and required actions, as well as other information and performance data collected, allowing the customer to design the plant's maintenance strategy.
