Fluxo and Atvos signed a contract to carry out calibration services for the flow and temperature gauges on the company's ethanol loading and production skids, as well as the level and temperature gauges in the fuel storage tanks, in eight of its units: Água Emendada, Morro Vermelho, Alto Taquari, Costa Rica, Conquista do Pontal, Santa Luzia, Eldorado and Rio Claro. The service started this last July and will continue during the next two sugarcane harvests.
For each harvest, 29 measurement spans will be calibrated, between loading and production, and a total of 54 level and temperature gauges in the tanks.
The purpose of the contract is to ensure the reliability of the measuring instruments, reducing product waste, adding greater competitiveness and technological value to Atvos' products.
The services will be carried out with the Mobile Laboratory of Fluxo, capable of providing the customer with a complete structure consisting of a Master flow meter, temperature calibration oven, thermometers and digital measuring tapes, in addition to a flow computer and specific software for process management. calibration of the main equipment of the loading system and level of the plants, bringing numerous operational advantages to Atvos such as:
- No interference in your processes
- Greater agility in the calibration of flow and temperature meters.
- Calibration performed with the product used in the normal operation of the meter to be calibrated.
- Calibration Certificate for each of the equipment (flow meter, density, temperature and level), referencing the model and serial number of the respective equipment.
- Calibration Certificate with Traceability of the instruments used to measure the system (Master flow meter, level measuring tape, portable thermometers).
- Provision of ART for services;
