Flow's new executives
Engineer César Brochado and administrator Marcos Melo Neto became part of Fluxo's group of employees. From now on, César Brochado becomes the new director of the Rio de Janeiro office and Marcos Melo takes over the business development and management area. The executives were officially introduced during the quarterly planning meeting held on April 12th and 13th at the Hotel Mercure, in Salvador, and promised to lend to Fluxo their valuable experiences gained during their stints in large organizations.
César Brochado has extensive experience in the field of offshore construction. He worked at Montreal Engenharia, Prontoferro, A. Araújo, Odebrecht and Promon Engenharia, always in construction and negotiations involving offshore production platforms and modules. He worked abroad for three years, in the auxiliary sector of offshore constructions and applications.
Marcos Melo Neto joined Odebrecht for 32 years, where he coordinated projects in the financial and administrative areas, including the construction of the Angra dos Reis nuclear power plant and the construction of Galeão Airport. : Veracruz Florestal, Trikem and CNO. He was Deputy Secretary of Industry, Commerce and Tourism of the Government of Bahia. He currently coordinates undergraduate courses in general management and marketing at Fabac.
