Flow expands sales team across Brazil

Fluxo reorganized and expanded its sales network by hiring three new representatives for the states of Paraná and Santa Catarina, Minas Gerais and Amazonas.

To cover Santa Catarina and Paraná, Fluxo used the old partnership with Insmec - Instrumentação e Mecânica Ltda., which added a new commercial department to represent products. The company is led by brothers Luiz Carlos de Souza, an engineer and former Petrobras employee in the Engineering Area for 24 years, and Mário Sérgio de Souza, a technician specializing in safety valves, blocking, motorbikes, Rotork actuators and precision machining, operating for over 20 years in refineries and oil platforms.

Since 2000, Insmec has been carrying out projects, assembly and commissioning for Fluxo's turn-key supplies, both in the STVM area, with valve automation, and in the tank telemetry area, with automation of inventory measurements in tanks. The company is qualified in valve repairs, an activity that it also develops in partnership with Fluxo, supporting its valve representations such as Valvtechnologies, Crane Pacific and Pibiviesse.

In the region of Minas Gerais, Fluxo defined itself by the experience of CRT Equipamentos Ltda., a company with 10 years in the market, with a focus on the areas of sanitation, steel, mining and cellulose, especially covering the Gabriel Passos Refinery ( REGAP).

Flávio de Carvalho Gomes is the sales commander. Since it started its activities together with Fluxo, in February 2005, CRT has already been decisive in winning projects such as the Booster of Samarco Mineração's pipeline.
In the North region, Fluxo has HPS Telecomunicações e Automação Ltda. as a representative for two years. The company is led by telecommunications engineer Humberto Silva, who is also a graduate of Petrobras' E&P area, where he participated in the Industrial Automation Management (GEAUT) and served as a CAPRO Facilitator in disciplines related to the automation of oil platforms and onshore fields .

HPS is headquartered in Manaus, but has a strong presence in the Urucu region, where one of Petrobras' largest gas assets is located. The Fluxo - HPS partnership is based on strong technical support, acquired during Humberto's 12 years of experience at Petrobras. The partnership also intends to establish a service center to provide after-sales support with greater agility to customers in this distant region.
