Fluxo's product manager Rafael Amarante attended the annual sales and service training at the Turner Designs plant in Fresno, California. The training took place at the end of September and brought together representatives from the United States, Mexico, Trinidad and Tobago, Italy, Chile, Brazil, France, Denmark, Kuwait, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore.
The training focused on sales and service of the existing equipment and the new product line. Product demonstrations, safety training, applications and types of calibrations, commissioning, warranty, TD4100, TD4100XD, TD4100XDC, TD500D and TD3100 model training, troubleshooting and repairs, application examples and service training were provided.
Turner Designs has an installed base of over 1,000 oil-in-water monitors worldwide and is the only supplier of oil-in-water monitors in the Gulf of Mexico. Even in some cases with a higher price than the competition, Turner Designs meters are gaining market share, as they are the only ones that work with high sensitivity/reliability and low maintenance, without suffering interference from solid particles, turbidity or color.
