The secret of success
Undertaking in a sustainable way, facing each project in the places where we operate in an integral way and working even harder to develop the sense of a more humane capitalism. If I needed to summarize in some general concepts the basis of what I consider to be the best way to undertake in our country, I would summarize above, besides, of course, highlighting characteristics such as discipline, perseverance, daring and courage.
I think these are basic assumptions that every Brazilian should repeat and try to remember at every moment in the preparation of their projects and in the execution of their projects. That's what I've been doing in our group's ongoing projects, knowing that it really is a daily exercise and a constant search.
It is common for people to ask me the secret of the success of our group companies. We are growing, our companies are still fulfilling their plans and delivering the expected results. I usually say that we follow the 360º Vision of entrepreneurship in the Group's projects. It takes into account a series of dimensions that we call the various engineering that make up the business. These are financial, environmental, marketing, legal, political, logistical, mechanical engineering.
Add to this the ability to think big, persevere, be transparent and ethical, fluidity, leadership, humility and meritocracy, share results, take calculated risks, connectivity, ability to zero losses when necessary and a dash of luck whenever possible.
Ready. You are within the dynamic we call undertaking 360º and arriving at what we call The Zone, the nickname we give to the place where we are able to create and realize what we envision, mindful of all those dimensions and with the necessary discipline and perseverance.
Today, more than at any other historical moment, this whole approach needs to take social and environmental issues into account from the beginning. Infrastructure and natural resource projects, created from scratch, require the action of modern and responsible corporate citizens. For this reason, it has been a constant search for our group to address the economic, social and environmental elements at the same time, using the necessary time so that things are done well.
We believe that EBX has a unique way of doing business. We defend human capitalism, which shares and distributes the wealth created in the service of investments in the country, and a form that encourages economic development thinking about the territory in which it operates. Finally, a mature way of thinking and helping Brazil. Our country is on the way to becoming the fifth world power in five years or less. We are one more company helping the country to grow. And we are proud of it.
