Flow and Authomathika: control in the production, storage and loading of ethanol

Authomathika and Fluxo have formed a partnership to provide truly complete solutions for the production and management of ethanol in distilleries. The formalization of the agreement took place during the Fenasucro 2010 fair, the most important event in the sector, where the main directors of the two companies were present as exhibitors.

Authomathika's technology, fully recognized and approved by the sector, guarantees the automation of production, providing the achievement of a final product with constant physical-chemical characteristics and in compliance with regulatory standards, with the lowest possible cost of inputs, expanding to the maximum production capacity and safety in the distilleries.

Fluxo's technology, extensively proven in numerous Petrobras plants in the refining and terminal areas, in addition to sugar and energy plants, ensures, with great precision, the quantitative and qualitative inventory of ethanol storage tanks, allowing for real-time control of stocks with total safety and maximum utilization of the operational capacity of the tanks.

Fluxo offers solutions for the precise control of ethanol movements from production to shipment, with intermediate measurements of the ethanol produced after distillation columns, of the product stored in the tank park and with the automation of loading and unloading of ethanol in the tanks of the trucks. . The solutions allow for the accurate and reliable transfer of custody of the product, from the physical loading to the issuance of the invoice – without human interference. These measurements guarantee perfect control per step of the operational process and in real time.
