FLUXO: a company committed to the safety and well-being of people
Since the beginning of its manufacturing and assembly activities, in 2007, when it brought works in the turn-key format to its business niche, FLUXO started an accident prevention work with the objective of valuing its workforce and strengthening a culture that goes beyond business interests. The focus was on the well-being of employees, translated through improvements in operational quality and safety, ensuring that they can return to their homes and be with their families.
Between 2020 and 2023, FLUXO established four contracts with Transpetro (ALEMOA, TEBAR, TABR, RPBC), whose business value is closely linked to the safety, environment and health of its service providers and employees. These values are in line with what FLUXO has been putting into practice since 2007, further strengthening its approach to quality, safety, environment and health (QHSE).
One of these values was reinforced by PAZ (FLUXO's Zero Accident Program), which was driven by Transpetro's Amigo do Peito program. Both have the same objective: to value the workforce as an essential asset of the company, providing a safe and comfortable environment for employees.
During the contracts with Transpetro, activities were carried out in civil construction, manufacturing and mechanical assembly, electrical interventions of all types and complexities, work at heights, work in confined spaces, work with low-power electrical equipment, cargo handling, commissioning and start-up. up, both with maritime intervention through Transpetro ships, and in the part of the on-shore terminals.
All these chains of work required leaders and employees to have professional maturity in the QHSE area, in order to ensure that contracts were marked by excellence in the services provided. FLUXO has always valued the execution of works in a masterly manner, with safety and quality, providing the customer with the guarantee of having hired a company that puts QHSE actions into practice in its business.
