{"id":878,"date":"2019-12-09T04:26:00","date_gmt":"2019-12-09T04:26:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fluxo.si\/?p=878"},"modified":"2021-07-09T04:27:00","modified_gmt":"2021-07-09T04:27:00","slug":"capstone-e-fluxo-promovem-roadshow-para-setor-de-oleo-gas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fluxo.si\/en\/newsletter\/38\/capstone-e-fluxo-promovem-roadshow-para-setor-de-oleo-gas\/","title":{"rendered":"Capstone and Fluxo promote Roadshow for the Oil &amp; Gas sector"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Together with its partner Capstone Turbine Corporation, Fluxo held, at the JW Marriott Hotel Rio de Janeiro, a networking event especially for the Oil &amp; Gas market, the&nbsp;<em>Capstone Turbine Oil &amp; Gas South America Roadshow<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting took place in Copacabana on October 29 and brought together industry professionals such as Petrobras, Transpetro, TBG, NTS, Worley, CDGN, Petromais and others. Participants had the opportunity to understand more about Capstone&#039;s technology, and the role of microturbines in oil &amp; gas production, through case studies of real customer installations in Brazil and abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Capstone microturbines are currently installed worldwide in the Oil and Gas Exploration &amp; Production (E&amp;P) areas, for use in both&nbsp;<em>onshore<\/em>&nbsp;how&nbsp;<em>offshore<\/em>, as a highly efficient, reliable and low-emission energy source. What happens in many oil and gas operations is the lack of available electrical energy, and the dependence only on energy generated on site. In many cases, large amounts of associated gas are created which are usually burned as waste, or rendered useless.
