{"id":817,"date":"2003-12-09T03:27:00","date_gmt":"2003-12-09T03:27:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fluxo.si\/?p=817"},"modified":"2021-07-09T03:28:32","modified_gmt":"2021-07-09T03:28:32","slug":"deteccao-de-oleo-em-agua-na-revap","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fluxo.si\/en\/newsletter\/02\/deteccao-de-oleo-em-agua-na-revap\/","title":{"rendered":"Oil in water detection at Revap"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In August 2001, Fluxo, through its represented Ionics Agar Environ-mental, developed, together with Cesbe Engenharia from Curitiba, a project for the segregation of effluents from the Henrique Lage Refinery \u2013 REVAP in S\u00e3o Jose dos Campos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was the first project developed at a Petrobras refinery for the segregation of effluents. Due to the importance of the event, its start-up was attended by the president of Petrobras at the time.<br>The project consists of activating automatic gates through Ionics sensors to detect hydrocarbons, thus ensuring the quality of the effluent that is released daily by the Refinery in the Para\u00edba do Sul River in S\u00e3o Jose dos Campos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ionics sensor is the heart of the Refinery&#039;s effluent control system, as it is responsible for detecting the presence of hydrocarbons in the water prior to discharge into the Para\u00edba River.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this project, two ID 223\/500 sensors with PS220 processor mounted on a calming raft were acquired, and two more ID 223\/2500 sensors with PS220 processor that were installed in 2 different detection boxes, where all rain gutters are obligatorily directed to the installed sensors.<br>In conclusion, the sensors at its start-up showed a high accuracy in detecting the presence of hydrocarbons, surpassing the expectations of equipment operation by the refinery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, this project is a reference for other Petrobras projects in other units such as Transpetro, DTCS and DTSUL.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Em agosto de 2001 a Fluxo, atrav\u00e9s de sua representada Ionics Agar Environ-mental, desenvolveu, em conjunto com a Cesbe Engenharia de Curitiba, um projeto de segrega\u00e7\u00e3o de efluentes da Refinaria Henrique Lage \u2013 REVAP em S\u00e3o Jose dos Campos.
