{"id":6315,"date":"2023-02-01T02:46:30","date_gmt":"2023-02-01T02:46:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fluxo.si\/?p=6315"},"modified":"2023-06-07T02:01:18","modified_gmt":"2023-06-07T02:01:18","slug":"sistemas-de-combustao-de-gases-nos-terminais-de-alemoa-sao-sebastiao-e-barra-do-riacho","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fluxo.si\/en\/newsletter\/46\/sistemas-de-combustao-de-gases-nos-terminais-de-alemoa-sao-sebastiao-e-barra-do-riacho\/","title":{"rendered":"FLUXO concludes gas combustion systems at the  Alemoa, S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o and Barra do Riacho terminals"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>FLUXO concluded this February the installation of two of the three Vapor Combustion Units (VCU) supplied to Transpetro for the treatment of Volatile Organic Compound (VOCs) vapors from three of its main maritime terminals:  S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o Waterway Terminal (TASSE\/TEBAR), Barra do Riacho (TABR) Waterway Terminal, and Santos Waterway Terminal (TASAN\/ALEMOA), which VCU was delivered in March 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These terminals are responsible for the supplies to and shipments from the following terminals and refineries:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>TASAN - Presidente Bernardes Refinery (RPBC), and Cubat\u00e3o Onshore Terminal;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>TASSE - Paul\u00ednia Refinery (REPLAN), Vale do Para\u00edba  Refinery (REVAP), Capuava  Refinery (RECAP), and Presidente Bernardes Refinery (RPBC).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>TABR - Cacimbas Gas Treatment Unit (UTGC).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All UCVs were provided on a <em>Turn key<\/em> in locations <em>brownfield<\/em> within the terminals' territories \u2013 and, for that, FLUXO executed the infrastructure works and civil, mechanical, electrical, and automation installations at Transpetro\u2019s own terminals. FLUXO manufactured the solutions on skidded units in its facilities in Santana de Parna\u00edba and then these units were transported and assembled on site, thus being ready for operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As FLUXO works on each project individually, although three similar Vapor Combustion Units were already supplied, each one of them has a specific peculiarity: in Santos we recovered a 18\u201d 1.1 km pipeline to be used for conducting vapors from the pier to the VCU; in S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o, we assembled the VCU on Transpetro\u2019s pier, which required cargo lifting operations with crane barges; finally, in Barra do Riacho, we interconnected the vapor capture pipeline to the terminal\u2019s C5+ storage tanks,  welding  the supports on the tanks\u2019 sides and domes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the completion of these three major works, FLUXO further enriches its expertise and maintains its position as a national reference in the supply <em>Turn key<\/em> of VOC vapor treatment solutions for fuel terminals, thus contributing to its customers\u2019 sustainable development and environment conservation.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A FLUXO concluiu neste m\u00eas de fevereiro a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de duas das tr\u00eas unidades de combust\u00e3o de vapores (UCV) fornecidas para a Transpetro &nbsp;para o tratamento dos vapores de compostos org\u00e2nicos vol\u00e1teis (COVs) emanados por tr\u00eas de seus principais terminais mar\u00edtimos: Terminal Aquavi\u00e1rio de S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o (TASSE\/TEBAR), Terminal Aquavi\u00e1rio de Barra do Riacho (TABR) e [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":6355,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[135],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-6315","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-135"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
