Statistics show that 92% of all maintenance outages are unplanned, more than 40% of them are related to non-critical equipment and unplanned outages cost 4 times more than planned ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>VLM works by optimizing the three phases in the life cycle of each plant: its start-up, operation and maintenance stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through ValvAwareTM it is possible to monitor anomalies undetected by DCS, identify the root cause of process variation, identify and quantify valve performance and recommend services and solutions for optimization.
