FLUXO will supply three double loading skids with <a href=\"https:\/\/fluxo.si\/en\/produto\/skids-de-injecao-quimica\/\">dye injection system<\/a>. Equipped with Coriolis type mass meters, the skids will meet metrological requirements for fiscal measurement and custody transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The system will be controlled by the Fusion4 presets, manufactured by Honeywell Enraf, which also act as the flow computer of the measurement module. The preset will communicate with the FLX Web Loading terminal management software, developed by FLUXO, which controls the operation and is responsible for the integration with the plant&#039;s invoice generation system. In this way, the loading order will be initiated by the system, and ended with the issuance of an invoice, without human interference in the processing of information, guaranteeing the inviolability of the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The strategy for contracting skidated modules was defined by FS Bioenergia, with the objective of linking the responsibility for the performance of the set to a single supplier, a specialist in loading automation, avoiding <em>gaps<\/em> interface. In addition, the skids will be manufactured within FLUXO&#039;s facilities, without interference with the field work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the third time the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fs.agr.br\/\">FS Bioenergy<\/a> chooses FLUXO to automate its plants. The partnership began in 2017 with the supply of a pilot skid for the Lucas do Rio Verde-MT plant followed by two new double loading skids for the expansion of the platform of this base in 2018. In 2019, FLUXO supplied 3 more double skids for the Sorriso plant, in the same state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conceived in the search for technological advances motivated by agility and safety in custody transfer operations, FLUXO is a pioneer in the supply of tank truck loading skids in Brazil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FLUXO&#039;s truck and wagon loading solutions on skids offer the perfect integration between instrumentation, piping, metallic and electrical structure, ensuring the necessary infrastructure for the control and measurement of volume \/ mass loaded by customers.
