Last July, Automind concluded the execution of the automation project for the Mataripe Terminal - Temat, one of the busiest among those of Petrobras Distribuidora, located in the municipality of S\u00e3o Francisco do Conde, in Bahia. The project was carried out on a turnkey basis, including the basic design, the detailed design, the development of the access and loading application software, the supply and configuration of the supervision software, integration and factory tests, supply, assembly, installation and interconnection of equipment, installation materials, field tests, training, assisted operation and one year of technical assistance.<\/p>\n
The system used in the automation of Temat is Autoload, comprising the access and loading subsystem (SAC) and developed in partnership with the Rec\u00f4ncavo Institute of Technology. For Autoload, the most modern Microsoft development software technologies were used, among them the .Net technology and the interlocking and control subsystem (SIC), developed by Automind itself.<\/p>\n
In this project, Autoload is performed on a set of servers called primary and secondary, which operate in hot swap mode, that is, in the event of a failure in the primary, the secondary is automatically activated without user interference. This type of architecture increases the operational availability of the system. These servers are connected to two isolated networks, one called the automation network and the other corporate network. The process control equipment (access control units, electronic flow pre-determiners, scales and programmable logic controller) and the operating stations are connected to the automation network. Connected to the corporate network is the software developed by Petrobras Distribuidora, called MDriver, which enables the integration of Autoload to the corporate system (SAP\/R3) of Petrobras Distribuidora. In this project, Automind developed a specific module to integrate Autoload with MDriver.<\/p>\n
A Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), connected to the system's automation network, performs the acquisition of level and temperature data from 16 storage tanks through SAAB's FCU. It monitors and activates Rotork's 48 motorized valves, through the Master Station, monitors the uninterrupted power system, presenting the user with all failures in this system and controlling the only additive pump in the terminal. In order to maintain the system's high availability architecture, the PLC's Central Processing Unit (CPU) is redundant, as well as the communication networks with the field devices, all operating in hot swap mode.<\/p>\n
All access control of tank trucks to the terminal is automatically managed by Autoload, which records and presents to the user each step performed by the driver inside the terminal. This way, through a board, the user will be able to visualize the situation of the tank truck (CT) inside the terminal. In addition to the CTs, Autoload records the accesses of other vehicles manually, maintaining the system's operational security.<\/p>\n
The Autoload reports module allows the user to generate reports and load schedules, product removal orders, storage, alarms and system events, among others.
