Fluxo proves its hegemony for pipeline automation. Increasingly, the set offered by Fluxo, consisting of valves from Valvtechnologies and Shafer pneumatic actuators, increases its sales performance, consolidating Fluxo's dominance in the supply of actuated valves for mining.<\/p>\n
In the last two years, Fluxo has supplied equipment for approximately 600km of pipelines, comprising approximately 160 ball valves for critical applications, 110 Shafer hydraulic actuators and about 7 hydraulic units to supply the actuators. Valves are chrome or tungsten carbide lined, sizes 1.5" to 24" 150 to 1500#.<\/p>\n
The sales growth of the Shafer and Valvtechnologies duo is due to the good performance and durability of their equipment. For use in pipelines, which are extremely severe applications, valves from Valvtechnologies are prepared to withstand highly abrasive processes, thanks to the internal hardening process driven by the Rocked Applied Mettalic (RAM) system. Valvtechnologies valves are capable of reaching high levels of hardness and surface resistance, achieving long periods of durability. Depending on the application, the factory can offer up to four years of warranty for new equipment.<\/p>\n
A fundamental step towards this sales success was the implementation of after-sales technical assistance in Brazil.
