On June 6th of this year, Fluxo Solu\u00e7\u00f5es Integradas signed the AFM for the supply of 39 electro-hydraulic actuators from Rotork's EH line, to replace the equipment previously installed at the terminals of the OSBRA polyduct, which interconnects REPLAN, Paulinia - SP to Bras\u00edlia-DF.<\/p>\n
What motivated the acquisition of actuators by Osbra were the difficulties encountered with the previous actuators such as the complexity of programming, the lack of system standardization that increased the time and cost of interventions, the frequent leaks in the hydraulic system, and mainly, the lack of adequate technical assistance.<\/p>\n
Rotork's EH electro-hydraulic actuators offer a tried and tested solution for automating \u00bc-turn and linear valves, available in both double-acting and spring-return configurations. This is a self-contained system that combines the control flexibility of the \u201cFlowpak Control Module\u201d with a compact hydraulic unit, with the electric motor, hydraulic pump and reservoir integrated into the actuator, forming a single module.<\/p>\n
The EH Line offers an alternative solution for critical applications with a need for failsafe -applications where a certain position is required in case of power failure, ESD (Emergency Shut Down), and which require high torques with low power consumption.
