In 2021, the URVs and VCUs will be revamped for Ultracargo and Ipiranga<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fluxo is recognized in the national market as a technical specialist and a reliable provider of vapor collection systems for recovery and combustion, contributing to the reduction of atmospheric pollution and the containment of greenhouse gases in applications in terminals and distribution bases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With more than 20 Vapor Recovery Units (URV, or VRU in English) manufactured under the license of the American Jordan Technologies, Fluxo was one of the few companies in Brazil that had its units inspected by Cetesb, being approved in the efficiency requirements of the applicable regulation. Through adsorption\/regeneration\/absorption or membrane separation technology, it is possible to treat the Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) emanating to the atmosphere in a cargo of hydrocarbons in trucks, wagons or ships, recovering them to the liquid phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, Fluxo is also specialized in enclosed flame combustion systems, the so-called UCVs (or VCUs in English \u2013 Vapor Combustion Units). UCVs perform the thermal destruction of VOCs or chemical vapors through a controlled combustion process without an apparent flame and without the emanation of smoke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to its recognition in the market, in the first quarter of this year, Fluxo was selected as a partner by Ipiranga and Ultracargo to recover its assets. Ipiranga contracted Fluxo to overhaul its URV for Paul\u00ednia's rail loading system. For Ultracargo, Fluxo will renovate the Santos UCV. In both contracts, it will perform technological upgrade services, corrective and preventive maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
