The Petrobras Platform will process oil and gas from the Marlim Leste Field, in the Campos Basin. Fluxo participated in all phases of this bidding process, which culminated in the largest contract in Petreco&#039;s history.<\/p>\n<p>The P01 module will be responsible for processing six million Nm3\/day of associated gas, including the TEG (Tri-ethylene glycol) dehydration and regeneration units, in addition to treating and conditioning the gas that will be used as fuel on the platform.<\/p>\n<p>In modules P03A and P03B, the production, testing and atmospheric separators, as well as the electrostatic treaters will process about 180,000 bpd of oil. The three modules will be built in a total of 14 months in Singapore and are expected to weigh around 2,400 tonnes. Once ready, they will be hoisted, transported on rafts and installed on the Settebello ship. This vessel is currently docked at Keppel Shipyard, also in Singapore, a shipyard contracted by Petrobras for the execution of the hull reinforcement and conversion services.<\/p>\n<p>Petreco Houston will be responsible for the basic and process engineering and for the procurement of representative items for this supply, while Petreco Singapore will be responsible for the detail engineering and construction of the modules.<br \/>\nPlatform P53 is an FPU (Floating Production Unit) that will be installed in a water depth of 1250m and 120km from the coast.
